ZingaLabels stocks thousands of Direct Thermal Labels in many different sizes. Our labels are designed to work in a variety of brands of Direct Thermal Label Printers such as, Zebra, Datamax / O'Neil, Sony, SATO, Intermec and more.

Direct Thermal Printers do not use ribbons.  Thermal or Direct Thermal printing produces a printed image by selectively heating coated thermochromic (thermal) paper.  Direct Thermal labels are ideal for applications requiring a short shelf life.  Environments that expose the labels to heat, direct sunlight or abrasion are not ideal for Direct Thermal.   Thermal Transfer labels are recommended for long-life image stability.  We offer many different Thermal Transfer label options on this website.  If you need any assistance matching your printer with the ideal materials, please call us at 972-248-1999 or via email at labelguru@zingalabels.com.
