Box Styles We Offer

  • Straight Tuck-End Boxes

    Top and bottom tucks fold in the same direction. The most common carton style for retail packaging.

  • Reverse Tuck-End Boxes

    Top and bottom tucks fold in opposite directions. Easier to open and close, popular for cosmetics and pharmacy.

  • Gable Boxes

    Peaked top with carry handle. Common for food, bakery, and gift packaging.

  • Roll-End Boxes

    Tuck-in ends that roll closed without glue. Easy open and reclose for consumer convenience.

  • Seal-End Boxes

    Glued ends create a fully sealed closure. Ideal for products requiring tamper-evident packaging.

  • Snap-Lock Bottom Boxes

    Four-panel interlocking base assembled by hand. Secure fit for mid-weight retail items.

  • Auto-Lock Bottom Boxes

    Bottom locks automatically when opened. Strong, reliable base for heavier products.

  • Five-Panel Hanging Boxes

    Fifth panel creates a hang tab for peg display. Great for retail hook merchandising.

  • 4 Corner Display Boxes

Choose Your Box Style

Select from a wide range of folded carton styles including straight tuck-end, reverse tuck-end, auto-lock bottom, snap-lock bottom, gable boxes, pillow boxes, dispenser boxes, and more.

Select Material & Caliper

Choose from SBS, C1S, C2S, kraft, or CCNB paperboard in calipers from 12–14 pt (lightweight) up to 20–24 pt (heavy or premium items), based on your product weight and presentation goals.

Add Embellishments

Elevate your packaging with aqueous or UV coatings, soft-touch lamination, spot UV, digital tactile varnish, or cold foil stamping for a high-end retail finish.

Print, Die-Cut & Score

Your design is printed, die-cut to shape, and scored along all fold lines for reliable, consistent assembly.

Deliver Flat, Assemble Ready

Cartons ship flat to save space and reduce freight costs. Simply fold along scored lines and glue or lock at seams for a finished box.
