100% Digital — No Tooling Required

Unlike traditional flexographic tactile varnish that requires screen or rotary tooling, digital tactile varnish is printed entirely digitally. There are no plates, no setup costs, and no barriers to changing artwork between SKUs—making it ideal for brands with a wide product variety.

Build Up to 225 Microns

The varnish is applied to achieve a build of up to 225 microns—a raised, glossy texture that rivals silkscreen results without the tooling expense. Films and smooth paper stocks are the ideal substrates; textured papers are not suitable, but a custom backdrop varnish design can achieve a similar premium effect on those materials.
